Gaining Marketplace Traction

There are thousands of business models, and many of them work. If your business isn’t working, it’s more likely that the problem is a lack of focus and passion rather than a faulty model. In fact, copying a successful business model is a good idea.  Once the model is in place, that’s when differentiation counts.  It counts because people care emotionally why you deliver your product, not how.  Your ‘how you deliver‘ just has to not get in the way.  We call this ‘why’ your Dominant Selling Idea (DSI). It’s only in uncovering, strengthening and boldly proclaiming your DSI that you can gain traction in the crowded marketplace – not by reinventing a business model where a new one isn’t needed. Sound like something you’re interested in figuring out for your business? We’d love to talk!
