Thoughts From An Intern

Thoughts From An Intern

Jewelya Williams, our creative department summer intern, shared with us some thoughts on her internship and where she got her start.

Q: When did you know you wanted to become a graphic designer?

A: I knew I wanted to become an artist when I was 4. It wasn’t until 14 years later at her first semester of college that I decided to become a graphic designer.

Q: Who is your favorite graphic designer right now?

A: Kate Bingaman-Burt. I am definitely inspired by her.

Q: What is your favorite aspect of marketing, advertising, and working at EXIT?

A: My favorite part is branding. I get to dig into a project or company, discover its core, and creatively build it from the ground up. As of now, the project I have enjoyed working on most is helping create an identity for Amp• See Ideas.
